Proposal Eligibility

Teams are invited to submit a proposal for an innovative solution leveraging Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Technology.
Team Eligibility

Teams must consist of 2 – 4 undergraduate, graduate certificate, master’s, or Ph.D. students currently enrolled in a full-time or part-time program.·

Recent graduates completing their degrees in 2024 are also eligible

Teams must be able to attend the in-person DevFest, scheduled for November 8, 2025, in Windsor, to participate in the competition.

Not all teammates are required to participate in every element of the competition.

Deliverables & Expectations
1. Refined Slide Deck

Teams must revise their Phase 1 slides based on the judges’ feedback.

Slides should be visually clear, concise, and polished for a professional setting.

Content must reflect improvements in problem framing, solution feasibility, and application of AI/ML/Cloud.
2. Live Prototype Demonstration
-
Demonstrate a functional prototype or simulation during the pitch.

Prototype should be accessible in a cloud environment (e.g., Google Cloud, AWS, Azure).

Demo should showcase how AI/ML/Cloud technologies are applied in the solution.
