Question About Video Requirements

Hi, I just wanted to clarify the submission requirements. The instructions mention submitting a recorded presentation video (max 15 minutes) that should demonstrate a functional prototype or simulation, and also a PowerPoint slide deck that includes a “Solution Demo” slide.

I’m a bit confused about how these two parts relate. Should the demo video be embedded in the PowerPoint as part of the presentation, or is it meant to be a separate video file? Also, are we supposed to include a short demonstration within the PowerPoint itself, and is the 15-minute recorded video meant to be us presenting our slides and walking through the demo, or just focusing on the demo portion?

    Hi, thanks for your question!
    The demo video should be embedded in the PowerPoint. Feel free to upload a separate video file as a backup or if you run into any issues.
    The 15-minute recorded video is to present the slides + walk through the demo.
